I got a debit for a renewal, without my permission, and Sydney called, confirming by mail to reverse the charge. To date nothing has happened, he's not even bothering to respond to my e-mails- Please deal with people in a decent manner - at least respond - actually - please dont respond - just give the refund, thanks
