I will never ever sign up with MTN again or even recommend them to anyone else. My experience with them has left a very bitter taste in my mouth. You guys never even bothered to phone me and sort this out personally. You just leave me with a message on Hello Peter but you don't have the decency to phone and find out what actually happened.
