Looking for how NOT to train your Staff try them!!

I was in desperate need of a phone and drove from pretoria to Sandton to take out yet another contract as my phone had been. I went in to a very helpful assistant named June. The deal I was looking at was for the Samsung Galaxy. Upon Arrival I was greeted by July and asked him what package he could tailor make me as I already am on the Vodacom Rip Vip was not in need of extra airtime or even talk time, and in joking I passed a comment to the Assistant July that he should work a great deal for me and even mentioned that as an indian Its in my nature to get a better deal and price. This was said in jest and NOT directed at the Indian manage or store assistant and the reply I got left me in awe and with a bitter taste in my mouth. I vowed never to walk into that store again because of the response. the Indian gentlemen told me if I want better deals | should rasther get what i want from some other place because I want everything for free. I CLEARLY informed july that the contract was a new contract and didnt expect anything from anyone. This in my view is unacceptable and come time to renew any of my contracts I will think twice about staying with vodacom.
