What a pleasant and unexpected outcome to a situation which had escalated to just this side of legal action being taken by myself.
To Nicholas, Lerato and AJ at Neotel head office thank you. Thank you for the service and the patients you guys delivered and as for that proverbial " Going the extra mile"... these guys went the extra marathon.
Personally bring devices to my home, assessing and accommodating my needs due to my cancer-situation.
Phone calls, emails and just a basic common decency and respect from these guys restored my faith in the human race again.
