8ta refuse to cancel an out of date contract

After NUMEROUS requests this is STILL "Under Review " _ What does this mean 8ta!!

I had a deduction of at END MARCH PLUS a deduction at end APRIL.

CUSTOMER REFERENCE NUMBER OF PHONE CALL NUMBER 5 - 5284750

I was then told that it is UNDER REVIEW - what does this mean??

AND that it is now a MONTH BY MONTH CONTRACT which I DID NOT REQUEST!

And that you would be emailing my contract statement PLUS date of original contract Emailed to me - I AM STILL WAITING!!!

I am very frustrated and very unhappy with Telkon Mobile/ 8ta

Please re-imburse 2 MONTHS worth of payments IMMEDIATELY and CANCEL THIS CONTRACT!!!
