4MONTH OLD BLACKBERRY 9900 FAULTY-MTN

BOUGHT A BLACKBERRY BOLD 9900, 4MONTHS LATER THE PHONE IS FAULTY-TAKING PICTURES THE PHONE REBOOT ITSELF, TOOK TIME OFF THIS MORNING TO VISIT THE TYGERVALLEY MTN STORE, WHEN THEY OPENED I WAS ASSITED BY THE LADY, SHE SAID THEY NEED TO DO A SOFTWARE UPGRADE IT WILL TAKE 30MINUTES TO DO THE UPGRADE "OPPIEKOFFIE OPENS ANYTIME NO, CALM DOWN AND GO HAVE A COFFEE"WENT FOR THE COFFEE, 40MINS LATER I RETURNED TO THE STORE, MY PHONE NEED TO GO FOR REPAIRS??? WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT?? I ASKED FOR A LOAN PHONE AND THE LADY SAID JUNFORTUNATELY THE LOAN PHONE THEY HAVE HAS ALREADY BEEN BOOKED OUT FOR A CLIENT THAT COMING IN LATER THIS AFTERNOON??? THIS IS TOATLY UNACCEPTABLE.
