Feb 2012 - I took out a data contract with 8ta - their coverage mapo shows my area covered - when i tried to connect it couldn't - within the 1st 7 days I reported the problem - no joy and after many promises I forgot about it - but continued to pay the monthly amount - Jan 2013 - I decided it was time to do something about it - contacted them - and their complaints division - on 2 seprate ocassions their technicians came to my premises - both saying they could get no signal and promised to excalate it - no joy - I then contacted them again and they promised someone would attend to this matter before I needed to be billed again - well no-one phoned me and yesterday the debit order went through
Shocking service - clearly they don't give a
