Cell C got paid twice this month for my cell phone contract. I have a standing debit order on the account but this month I paid through EFT. I called Cell in advance not to debit my account as I have already paid. I sent them proof of payment and they confirmed receipt. I expected them to put through the debit order anyway based on my previous experience of bad service I have endured since taking this contract with them. And it happened - they debited my account. I called them last week Friday and asked for a refund. Today I received an e-mail saying I will receive my refund in 3 to 7 days! This is a classis case of consumer abuse by a big corporate. They made the mistake yet I have to suffer because of their incompetence. Cell please pay my refund. I need to pay my family's monthly bills.
