Applied for a new contract over the phone. First debit came off the WRONG bank account. (My previous joint account with my husband when I had a contract over 3 years ago!) I called them to request that they load the banking details as per my application which they confirmed that they did.
Never debited my account and I received an account the other day for the FULL CONTRACT AMOUNT and I have been handed over! I called Cell C to ask that they refer back to my ORIGINAL APPLICATION because "calls are recorded" and I GAVE THEM my NEW account details! They say they cant do that and I must just pay.
So frustrated!
