I am extremely dissapointed in the service received from all tech cellular autopage since dec 2012 when the problem arose, i have had to lodge a complaint with bryan who had replied on their behalf
only then i got attention to my long and hopeless plea from the accounts department, at the time services suspended were not allowed to have handset repairs. i continued sending emails after emails none of which responded to.
it is disappointing that such a large reputable company would not reply to a complaint from a client. during this time they have compounded my charges, running it up constantly even though the handset was not in use. since then i had not been awarded the oppurtunity to get my account in the excellent status it once was in terms of payment.
i hope this complaint can be resolved without having to go to the ombudsman
