I first did my phone upgrade through the head office on the 2nd of April but when we called in the following tuesday to see what was going on they said that there was no evidence of us upgrading even though we did and so we upgraded again. On the website it says 3-7 working days and it has passed that. We havent heard anything and when we call in to follow the order they say that it is on the way and because of this incident we will be moving our other contract to another company.
