Terrible quality of True Tone

I bought a true tone from MTNPlay for the amount of R10 under the impression it would be CD quality considering the fact that this is the exceptable price for online purchases of songs. The quality I received resembled that of the casset tape quality. It is hardly audiable. And before they blame it on my handset I use a BlackBerry Torch. I would either like my R10 back or get a better quality song.
