I have yet to receive a response to the complaint I posted on your website 8 Oct 2013. I bought my son a pair of ben ten sneakers a little over a month back. The laces frayed badly after only a week so I had to replace them and now the shoe started breaking. Terrible quality for a company that prides itself on quality.
