I'm really disappointed in the quality of Edgars' items.
I opened an account with Edgars because I believe in true quality. I've had various problems with a few of the items that I've purchased. I'm not one to complain about little things in life but I think it's time I must. I really enjoy shopping at Edgars because their staff is often very polite with me, but the quality of (some) of the products is ridiculous. I've bought a value pack of two bra's where the cotton on the one bra by the chest area, which connects the two cups, started to unravel itself after only the fourth month, only to find it breaking while in a meeting. I know it wasn't the 'wrong sized bra' because the other bra is still fine to this day. I've bought stockings, opening the packaging and putting them on to find a long ladder on the one leg. And now recently I bought a pair of winter boots and only after four wears, a ring around one of the holes for the laces has come lose. I'm not sure if it's just my bad luck with Edgars or if the quality is just not that reliable. I also suggest that Edgars adds prices to their Facebook page, where the clothing is advertised.
