I am really disappointed in the service I get from MTN.
1 The deals on the website haven't changed for a very long time. The website is of no use whatsoever.
2 NO CONTACT DETAILS for shops that is actually correct. No phone numbers that are answered. No email addresses for shops. How on earth are we supposed to contact a shop to find out if they have stock of a certain phone?
3 The physical address for my closest MTN (Hermanus) is wrong on the website, I drove there all the way, to find that they have moved more than a year ago?!? That is after I was not able to contact them by other means of communication.
4 I am not able to make an informed decision on what package would suit me, for instance you try and find out what data costs per MB when cap has been reached.
MTN should really, really look into their communication. You are into the communication business after all.
