Hi, I have been a supporter of baby soft toilet paper for a few years now. The reason I buy the toilet paper is because of its superior quality. However, I bought a 18 pack yesterday and must say that I am extremely dissapointed in the quality of it. It is as thin is 1-ply toilet paper yet its 2-ply. This is not the baby soft I know.
If I wanted to have toilet paper of such a shoddy quality I really would have bought something cheaper. It is really disappointing to know that a brand such as yours has downgraded the quality to this level. Should we accept such bad quality when the price of the toilet paper is double that of normal brands?
I would love to remain loyal to the brand but I feel like I have been duped and it actually sickens me.
Please do something about it!!!
