I asked a sales person in the store what the quality was of headphones that they sell. He told me that the quality was "pretty good". I purchased two. When I connected them to my PC I realised that the quality was absolutely TERRIBLE. I took them back (in exactly the same packaging and condition as original) and asked if I can exchange it (I did not ask for a refund). The store manager then starting arguing with me about about "What is quality really? Quality is fit for purpose" etc.. They refuse to exchange it because they reckon the quality is good. I told them that they are losing a client and they said that is fine.
