Despite my efforts to resolve my issues with MTN regarding the inferior services I have received firstly at "The Paddock" store in Milnerton and then directly on to your website.
o All I am receiving from you is a lip service and stalling tactics!
o You excuses are "network upgrade", "Handset" issues
o The fact is that this have been going on for months! I have already received at least 4 handset through varies malfunctions "Unable to switch phone on"
o The pattern emerges that the quality of voice is exactly the same! So your suggestion of resetting it to factory default will not change anything! I have already done that 4 times!
The facts are;
o We are on contract with MTN you therefore have an obligation to render an acceptable service!
o You are collecting our monthly fee and you are wielding a big stick "you have signed an contract", but a contract work both ways!
o You are clearly in breach of our contract since you are unable to deliver the service we are paying for!
o And apparently not interested in solving this issue either?
In conclusion;
o Would you kindly address our issues ASAP or cancel our contract forthwith.
Kindly advise at your soonest convenience.
