New BIS is not worth the money

Thanks Mtn for the rip off once again. Blackberry BIS has now been changed to BIS Absolute which really only means that I am now limited to 200 mb data per month which I might add comes with a really pathetic internet speed. Certain apps are now no longer usable as there are time-out errors. Also, I received and sms last night that I have reached 50 % of my cap for the month on the BIS. After contacting customer care they say the system says I'm only on 30 %. Do you really think 20 % errors either way (your computer system or the sms system) is acceptable? I'd like to throw away this phone and switch companies. Sick of Mtn.
