"Iv had my contract with Mtn just over a year, there is constantly never any signal (I receive missed call notifications and voice mail messages without and call or missed calls constantly) The network is often unavailable to make calls. Messages - SMS, Whatsapp, BBM etc can take hours to deliver.
Iv been told previously that its my phone that is the issue by mtn but multiple times Iv put the same sim card in different phones and had the same issues."
This shows a complete incompetence in the ability of Mtn to manage accounts with them. and now iv been over charged Acc. A4433436 Total R596.43 on calls when I never have signal to make calls.
A stop order is been put on this account till I have complete resolve. I demand a cancellation of this account immediately.
