Most. pathetic service ever & empty promises

A good women name is being dragged through te mud because of the incompetence of 8ta. Eversince a 2nd acc has been released in error (from 8ta's side) my mother has been handed over to a debt collecting agency, they deduct whatever amount they want from the bank via debit order. We have requested a reconciliation on the account but they refuse without any reason. When we phone, they put different requests than what we ask for. I've been rude, used terrible language, been very nice, just no response. We were promised a letter of apology. Needless to say nothing. There is no 'office' in the western cape to go to. Nobody can assist in our problem all that can be done is just log another case and know that nothing will come of it. I've logged case after case! They take money via debit order and when the statement comes it reflects that we didn't pay. I've spent more than a thousand driving to the shops, getting bankstatements etc to prove that they deducted the money. I refuse to do it any more now they want to take 3months payment at once. They even skip a month and didn't take money (money was in bank) and then suddenly mid month wants to take double.. REALLY PATHETIC!!!
