I have i applied for a contract at 8ta last year and i was expecting that the first month they will debit their money thru my account and they didn't and they never notice me that they experiencing problem regarding their system till they decide to hand over my account to legal department and that's how i find out that they had a problem regarding their system and now they started to debit money on my account and its not the money we agreed on from the start of the contract they were suppose to debit R90 a month now they Debit R1050 and i once spoke to one of their consultant last month and promised that he will get back to me but he didn't and gave me reference and case number My case no 3985528 Ref 289418000100768503072 and now i don't know what to do please help me
