Absa apparently didn't deduct on the usual tdate which is the 15th of each month. Today I got a call from them that their December debit order didn't come through. Bt I was puzzled because on the 15 I had money in my bank account. When I logged in on my online banking statement it shows that they only deducted on the 27 Dec.By then I didn't have money and my beef with them is that now they want to double deduct in January whereas it is not my fault that they didn't deduct on the 15 December. My january budget will be badly affected if they double deduct. I am really angry and disappointed at them
