Hello

I am an MTN contract holder, using the blackberry 9360 handset. Since last year November I have been struggling to download anything from the Internet, especially music or video files. At first I thought maybe I should load airtime, but that didn't help either. I think it is a bit unfair that we blackberry users on the MTN network, who pay their bill each month for promises that are not met, have to struggle with the phone in this manner.

I need to know can't anything be done, because my patience has really run out.
