If you want loyalty get a dog - not a cell phone

I logged a complaint on Hello Peter about the fact that MTN had, without warning, dropped my Blackberry discount after my most recent 24 month contract ended. I have not up or downgraded yet (could have in mid December) because the BB Q10 is not yet available from MTN & I can only downgrade in mid April because my initial contract 10 yrs ago was started in Apr and I upgraded THAT contract, lost in the mists of time, on 20 mnths. Also wanted 2 know if they could give me a cple of accessories if I upgraded now to a similar BB to the one I have.
Veronica at MTN contacted me, but refused to deal with the 'overcharge' (imho) query until the BB 10 query was dealt with - '1 query at a time' I was told.
All MTN have done to date is call me to inform me that the BB Z10 is available (I want a Q10). I could hear that the Sales person that called me lost interest in me & my query when I told her I wanted the Q10. It seems that the R100k - R200k I have spent with MTN in the last 10 years counts for jack squat. 'one query at a time' seems to me to mean in MTNese to mean 1 query only (and if you don't like it FO).
