Why I'll never be a MTN customer!

I received a phone call from a MTN Tele Sales Call Centre Agent, by the name of Pumbla (last name not provided) attempting to sell me their "latest offer of a Nokia C202 phone with a 20GB data bundle". When I explained that I am not interested in the offer, since I do not have MTN reception where I stay, Pumbla became very arrogant and unprofessional, lecturing me about declining "such a fantastic offer! " But, I have also seen the Nokia C202 reviews of which NONE were complimentary about the phone. When I requested that they remove my name from their data base, seeing as I have never given them consent to contact me, I was told "It is not in my job description." I was further told that I am "not ." She refused to listen when I repeated that I am not interested. When I requested a reference number to the call that took place on Monday afternoon, 27 February 2013, between 15h04 and 15h18, the phone was promptly dropped in my ear! I have since then attempted to contact MTN Customer Care, but without any success.
Thanks to the unproffesional and juvenile behaviour of MTN Tele Sales Call Centre Agent, Pumbla, I'll NEVER be a MTN customer.
