I received a call from an unknown number yesterday at around 5:30pm. The "lady" on the phone claimed to be from Chase vehicle tracking.
I explained that I would not be interested in anything she may be selling but thank you for calling.
She was very rude and insisted I should listen and asked whether I had a tracking unit fitted to my car - this is none of her business and I told her so. She proceeded to try and bully me into confirming if I had a tracker and made it sound like I was being unreasonable. I told her not to call me again and to remove me from the data base.
I eventually ended up hanging up in her ear and low and behold they send me an SMS thanking me for showing interest in their company.
I sent an e-mail to their customer care with my compliant this morning and asked them once again to remove me from their data base and NOT to call me again. I kid you not... THEY CALLED ME AGAIN!!! Ok it was to apologise BUT I specifically requested no calls! The lady who called from customer care could also do with a little training when it comes to handling unhappy customers etc
