Call centre / sales agent bad attitude

Just received a call from one of the sales agents / Call centre personel (forgot the name). He tried to sell an extra service to me (to extend my car's manufacturing warrentee). I said that I am not able to talk as I am at work, but he just kept on talking. I said thanks for the call, but I'll let you know if I'm interested, I don't have the time now. He then asked: "So you're not interested? " and I replied by saying "no, not at the moment", then he hung up on me!! How do you expect someone to add another R169 to their debit order each month, but you put the phone down in their ear. It's quite a good offer, but after this I won't even begin to consider it!! All the calls are recorder, so please feel free to play it back and see what kind of people you are employing MFC!!! I am a new client of MFC and very dissapointed at this stage!!
