Want someone to sell to me and getting no response

For about 6 months now I have been trying to sign up for fax to email. I have been shifted from pillar to post, promised call backs, kept on hold for 15 minutes and more and no one seems to be able to help me! Does MWEB not offer this service? if not, why dont the sales people know they don't offer it? If they do offer it, why can no one give me details? Am I not getting any feedback because I am an existing customer and they are only interested in new customers? Why must I beg for people to sell me something!!! SHOCKING Sales and support! Would not recommend MWEB to anyone
