Telkom falling apart. Why? No or wrong feedback

On 1 Feb I applied to go uncapped. On 20 Feb they reported that it was done after more than 50 calls to them. On 20 Feb I discovered that the ADSL line is useless. I can only use the service while I am on the phone. This probably originated begin Feb when my telephone line took a lightning stuck. At that stage the ADSL was perfect, only the telephone line was dead. Thabo phoned me to confirm that he fixed the telephone line. During that call he confirmed that he did not touch the ADSL line... UNTRUE, he fixed the telephone line but since then the ADSL line was unavailable. 100 calls later and no feedback from Thabo, I still sit with a problem. Every contact gives a different reason. The last one referred to a cable problem in the e-site and a budget problem. Yes, more people in my street had the same problem. This was fixed by another Telkom person last Saturday... Telkom, please allocate another person. Please refund for unavailability of service. Please jack up your service. Please appoint people that knows what they are doing. Please train call-centre staff. Please give regular feedback, Please render a service. Please have an escalation process in place. STOP the
