Suspending my account without reason

I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO USE MY PHONE FOR MORE THAN A MONTH AS IT GIVES ME AN ERROR. FINALLY HAVING TIME TODAY I POPPED IN TO MTN CANAL WALK AND THEY SAID THEY THINK I SHOULD DO A SIM SWOP WICH WOULD COST ME MONEY AS THE SIM MIGHT BE FAULTY. BEFORE WE DID IT THEY INFORMED ME THAT MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED BECAUSE OF AN UNPAID INVOICE FOR NOVEMBER..

I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS SINCE DAY ONE..
1ST CONTRACT THEY MESSED THE WHOLE THING UP AND HAD TO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT WITH APPROX R2000.

2ND CONTRACT ON I ASKED IF I CAN PAY THE ADMIN FEES OR WHAT EVER IT IS WHEN YOU UPGRADE SO THEY SAID NO ITS AN UPGRADE YOU DONT HAVE THINGS LIKE THAT AGAIN... HMM GOT MY ACCOUNT AND QUERIED THE AMOUNT... IT WAS CHARGED AND DEBITED...
ALSO QUERIED AN DISCREPANCY ON MY ACCOUNT ON IT HAS AN OPENING BALANCE AND A DIFFERENT AMOUNT DUE... PERSON AT CUSTOMER CARE INFORMS ME THIS IS NOTHING AND I SHOULD NOT WORRY ABOUT IT.

NOW TODAY MTN CANAL WALK TELLS ME THAT THE OTHER AMOUNT DUE IS THE REASON THAT MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED.

TELL ME HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE THAT I OWE YOU MONEY IF YOU HAVE A DEBIT ORDER EVERY MONTH!!

CANCEL MY CONTRACT, TAKE YOUR PHONE BACK. IF YOU BLACKLIST ME ILL TAKE YOU TO THE PAPERS
