Wrong billing

Every month i pay my account, and it goes off with a debit order. yet every time i get my account is shows
i am month in arrears, then when i phone, i am told don"t worry it will be right at the end of the month.

'so my contract expired 11 Jan 2014 an i was due for an upgrade in Oct already. i did my upgrade 30 dec
2013. now my account shows
opening balace R337, then my payment went off for dec R168.99. balance left R168.99 (why why why why!!)
then there is a R92 contract fee, and the new contract amount also R168.99. total being debit from my
account at month end R442.98. so again it shows i short a payment for R168.99 please sort this matter out once and for all. Freda pretorius
