DOUBLE BILLED DUE TO STAFF INCOMPENTENCY

Totally disgusted with the mtn store at canal walk for not doing their job and making my life a nightmare.on the 1st of April i received a bill stating that my contract with Mtn has been suspended due to non payment, but there was enough money in my bank account for the money to be deducted, not my problem why the banks was closed and they could not deduct the amount, my problem was for the amount of money they wanted to deduct from my account R808.00 i was shocked as i payed my account the month before and now I'm being double billed?
Thus i called in to the Mtn sp call centre and was rudely dealt with with a girl on the other side.eventually they told me i had to go back to the canal walk store and query why my payment i made the month before was not reflecting on their side.so i had to get out off bed which was my off day and go in to the store only to find out that Noluthando made the payment i made in to some one Else account. WOW!! so after standing a hour in a line at the store i found out this, but Aviwe at the store told me it will be fixed your account wont be double billed Mr Moerat.
YET..R808 goes off my account this morning!!! so i want answers and i want to be COMPENSATED
