Worst Service EVER!

Struggling to get response from Vodacom! there is an error on the website on my account! ONE BIG ERROR! as someone was "suppose" to contact me which they never did! i cant even view my account! my account was in error and when i phoned to make payment amount was given as R500 and something (which i paid on the 1st) now my line has been suspended! i paid another R300 now. my debit order is arranged to go off on the 1st of November and amount still outstanding is R423.47 which they cannot include in my debit order for Novebmer and they dont even know why! Reason for my account that is in errors: I made a payment arrangement (paid the next installment in the same month as the first payment) then they just cancelled my payment arrangement??? DONT EVEN BOTHER TO CONTACT ME! as soon as its upgrade time, my contract will definitely be cancelled!!
