I am working at Vovotelo Cresta. Complained about slow internet and that's connection going off and on. Manager has told that Mweb came 3 days ago and gave some device to monitor. I would think that 1 day is enough to pick up that something is wrong and fix it. I went to Mweb office which is 5 specs away from Vovotelo. Manager was not at the office. Only one person was helping customers. Second person was at the back of the office. People were queueing. Passed the message to the manager re the issue thorough the lady that came from the back. I hope the issue is going to be sorted.
Wanted to get internet connection through Mweb, delighting now!
