I upgraded my contract to include 1.2 Gig of data. This was not allocated in the first month and I received a R 7000 odd account. I called them and they expalined that teh data had not been provisioned by MTN in error and a credit woudl be paased. To this day I still await this... from December... after numerous calls to a pathetic call centre as well as talking to two supervisors who are just as incompentent. I now get my new account and it has still not been credited, like 5 weeks later. I have emailed customer care twice now, once a few weeks ago and once this week and still to have a call from them. I will be cancelling my contracts as they come up for renewal, not because others cell company's are any necessary any better but just because i can... as the customer I will feel better. Honestly never seen such incompetence.
