Waiting for credit to be paid over a month

Hello. About a month and half ago, I discovered that MTN have not been loading my data bundles in my soon to be renewed, 2 year cellular contract. I contacted the Call Centre and indeed this was picked up. I called back the following day and was told that a credit for the sum of the data charges over the 2 years was in the system and will be credited to me. This was over a month ago, and I have made numerous call's back to the call centre only to be told that they have escalated to the creditors department and they have not received any feedback. This has been going on for 5weeks now. They send constant emails to the creditors department and receive NO reply. I was promised that someone would call me back. It has already been a week now and no one has called me. My last call to the call centre left me holding on for half an hour, only to be finally transferred to the creditors department and cut off. This is seriously frustrating and being a customer of MTN for over 10 years, I would have thought they would appreciate good customers. I have 3 contracts with MTN currently and one is already up for renewal. I am now considering moving to another service provider if this is not sorted
