I have bought a prepaid sim card from Cell C which is due to come with 2 gigabytes data every month for a year, on the 20th of every month data comes through. However they have not given my data so far for the month of January and 2 weeks has already gone, this is extremely frustrating as I only have the sim card for 6 months and still within the time period for which I would be given data which is a year. I have phoned customer care line many times and they have done absolutely nothing, they say that they are going to phone me back and have launched an investigation. Till now I haven't received any feedback from them. I am extremely unhappy with Cell C as I have not received data for which I have paid for.
