I just received my Tax Invoice on monday and saw that I was charged for 2 x 75mb of data.
I did not purchase this nor did I call MTN.
I do not use mtn data as I use Afrihost data and I have proof of the data used on my phone.
Best part is I didnt even use the entire 200mb of data that was provisioned to my phone. So why would I purchase this data.
I called the MTN 808 number but the consultants are so dumb to understand anything I say.
I want someone from the head dept to contact me and resolve this matter and if I am gonna pay for this data, i want proof that I made this call and Voice records.
If this is resolve in the next 48hrs I am contacting the Consumer protection act and Will sue MTN.
