Delayed feedback on MTN 3G Coverage Pretoria Cent

I recently bought a new property in Pretoria next to the Union Buildings. Upon occupation I noticed NO 3G coverage. I submitted query at 09:00 n 20 Jan.14. At the time of writing I received no feedback from MTN. On 24Jan14 at 13:00 I phoned the Coverage Help Desk 083 900 1212 - the help desk member told me that it will take 10 working days before I can expect a reply.
10 DAYS!! is this what it take to tell me the problem can be solved or not???
This is in the CENTRE of the Capital City of SA and MTN deliver no 3G signal... sic!!
I have been loyal supporter of MTN for more than 15yrs - now their lack of 3G service in the MIDDLE of Pretoria where Cell C and Vodacom have full 3G service is not on!!! I run an Internet Tourism Business from home and that means - NO emails, NO internet = no business!!
