This is my second post about my slow internet, MTN contacted me 3 days after my last post and I then received a E-mail telling me that my query has been logged... Well it has been another week of 5Kb/s internet and no coverage, but the coverage is not even the worst part because I have a 5 meter extension cable and with it found that on my roof I have full reception but still poor internet. Don't reply with a sheet and tell me to fill it in and email it to you coverage desk because I have done that and I have not been helped. Contact your store in Newcastle and tell them to send the technician out to determine my problem, I am seriously getting pi$$ed off with 2 months of payments and absolute 0 service!!!
