Closes calls without doing Jo

I logged a call on the 5 of December and have been fighting and begging to get it sorted out but have been ignored all this time. I called a few minutes ago in hope of getting dome kind of help only to find out the call was closed on the 21 of January yet I didn't receive any notification and the problem still exists. Now I had to log a whole new call for the same problem hopefully this wont take a 2 months to be ignored as well.
