Constant problem not being resolved for months

I moved into a new house on the 1st of October 2012 and had my ADSL service moved from the old house to the new.

In the beginning, the line speed was faster and always up. Even better than at the old house.
The service was perfect for about a month. After that, everything deteriorated.

For the last 6 or 7 months it's a constant battle with Telkom.
Call after call, technician after technician and nothing is sorted out.

I don't know how many calls I've logged in the last few months - all in vein.

The last was on the 11th of June.
Fault number : 426CTK110613

Yesterday on the 12th, I received a progress update via SMS that the call is in-hand of a technician.
Two hours later another SMS that the problem is resolved.

No technician even called me or came to the house so check on the problem.
I'm still having intermittent service. Every couple of minutes the line drops, modem reboots and with LUCK it connects again.
In the last months I bought 4 modems, none solving the problem.

I'm truly fed up with the poor service that I receive

I make my living online and Telkom is making life very difficult for me
Every time a tech is dispatched, an unnecessary call out is charged for nothing
