Been Billed due to Neo not making correct changes on my account, I keep now getting SMS to pay this money.
I have called MTN several times to get this resolved I keep on getting told the system has all the information for the reversal of this moneys and still nothing is done.
I put this down to incompetents on MTN staff. I have 4 contracts with MTN and am seriously going to think about changes to a different SP.
