Not able to call the call centre and receive sms

I logged a call with the call centre about 9 months ago that im not able to call the call centre (081 181) from my 8ta sim. Its a data contract but i was able to do so when i took out the contract. I am also not able to receive sms's. I have logged a number of calls and tried all the remedies they suggest. I even did a sim swop. The problem has not been resolved. I always get calls from technical at 5pm when im driving home. This does not suitme. If this problem is not resolved by end of January, i will instruct my bank to prevent the debit order from going off and 8ta can keep their contract!!!
