Terrible service!!

My husband went to the vodacom in melville campus square on sunday
To buy airtime bundles for my i-pad. So he gets home checks the i-pad and it still shows we out of airtime.
We then check the reciept nd the sales person put in the incorrect number after my husband gives him the correct
Number. So I go in to campus on monday yesterday and the lady tells me the airtime will be loaded within an hour. After 5 hours nothing so I call the shop and the guy there asks for my details as there emails we down he says he'll get back to me as he couldn't check. So today after a few hours I call the shop again and they tell me its been done however it hasn't been done still no airtime on my i pad after we've paid for it and its been there mistake I still don't have the airtime on my i-pad. I'm so off because I do business with my i-pad and can't even check my mail for days!!!
