ATROCIOUS CELL CENTRE AND SHOP PERSONAL

I completed a cession to take over my husbands cell phone contract in August 2013. It came to my attention in October that the contract was still in my husbands name. I reported same to Tiaan at Riverside Mall Autopage and he took it up with head office. 4 days later the contract was in my name but both my husband and i were debited on the same month for one bill. Autopage has yet to refund my husband despite taking this up with Tiaan numerous times and with the call centre from 14 January 2014. I have phoned yet again today and was told that my call was never logged. Autopage has also been charging me monthly since August'13 for BIS. I do not have a Blackberry and requested a refund. Today I was phoned by one Hamesh who requested money from me! Not one of the people who I have spoken to above has helped me to sort this out. Non existant customer servie.why should I have to wait months to be refunded and have to deal with a barrage of excuses from call centre personal telling me everything from account is not in credit (of course not, my husband was debited, It was initially HIS account, it was ceded to me) to telling me queries not logged to telling me I should request call logs
