I have been with Mtn for 4 years now and because the network is not supporting my new phone as it should I decided to port my number to Vodacom. I went on Saturday (30 November) and did the port at Vodacom shop but up until now Mtn has not released my number so that I can go over to a network that I want to be with and have paid to be with. I phoned Vodacom's customer service and the port is still pending on their side which means Mtn is blocking MY NUMBER. I would really like this situation to be solved as soon as possible as I do not see how a service provider can refuse a customer from leaving their network. It's been 4 days now and honestly it's unacceptable.
