Very bad service

Upon receiving various smss regarding upgrading, i went to the woodlands branch. I enquired re. contracts with S3 mini and was told that they will order a handset and when it arrives i can come and discuss my contract upgrade. A few days later I received a sms thanking me for my migrating to a new contract. As i did not agree to anything i went back to woodlands and it was reversed. I was not happy and called the 0861 nr. to cancel. I spoke to an advisor who was not very helpful, he told me to call 0116502343 to cancel. I spoke to Tebogo (ref 2149061 for both handsets), I dont have a date, and was told that both my contracts will be cancelled wef 28 May 2013. I asked if i needed to send an email as confirmation and was told no. Yesterday I received a sms for upgrade and spoke to Bianca today (very friendly and helpful) at your call centre, who told me my contract was not cancelled by Tebogo and now I can only cancel wef 28 June 2013. I am livid with your incompetence and my husband (who has 4 contracts with your company) will also be cancelling his contracts when it expires.
