Poor internet speeds

Once again, my internet line is getting speeds that are pathetic. It was fine until Telkom decided to "upgrade" the line and now its even slower. Every time this company promises to assist with the problem and every few weeks later the line becomes useless again. It's a joke that this company gets their money from the consumer by being a monopoly when then cannot even deliver.
